The skills would need ideally are:

   - technical and general project management skills (MS Project / Gantt charts or SaaS tools like Tom's Planner)

   - English fluent in speech and writing, Russian, Ukrainian, Dutch is a big plus

   - Very precise worker

   - (Over)achiever, creative problem solver, trouble shooter, a bit of a workaholic

   - Internet Marketing experience min. 3 yrs, including media planning/buying, context/search advertising, (Google) web analytics, SEO

   - (Basic) Photoshop skills, HTML coding skills a big plus

   - Basic bookkeeping skills / experience with Ukrainian and Russian bureaucracy and document flows

   - Experience as PA / secretarial assistance

   - Basic legal knowledge

   - Powerpoint, strong Excel skills

   - Office manager experience

   - Good network

   - Good brains, eager to learn, able to work independently, commercially minded

   - Good communication skills
